'BOYS' ROLE FAR FROM MANNER OF ACTOR DAVID SCHRAMM.(Living Today)

The David Schramm relaxing in an easy chair in his dressing room is a sharp contrast to the character he had just finished playing moments before in Tom Griffin's new play, "The Boys Next Door," at the Berkshire Theatre Festival in Stockbridge, Mass.

His performance as a mentally retarded man living in a group apartment environment is a high point of the summer season and the character a far cry from Schramm's own polished, articulate manner.
